When you visit the pages, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.
4. Tour map from komoot (on click only)
On the home page you can load a tour map from komoot. Only when you click “Load tour map” does your browser connect to the servers of komoot GmbH; among other things, your IP address is transmitted. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details: komoot privacy policy.
5. Enquiry form
In the “Availability & enquiry” form you submit whether you are enquiring about a room or a pitch, the number, arrival and departure dates, the number of people, your name and your email address. Optionally you can state how you are travelling, a phone number and a message.
Your details are sent by email to the Teichhaus, and you receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. They are also stored in a file on the web server protected against outside access and transferred to the Teichhaus room management system, which is hosted by the same provider. Only authorised Teichhaus staff have access. The details are used to process your enquiry and book your stay. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation and performance of an accommodation contract).
To protect against automated spam, the form only checks how quickly it was submitted. Your IP address is not stored.

If you call us or send us an email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry or booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract).

Enquiries and booking data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law) apply. We do not pass on any data to third parties.

This website contains plain links to komoot, Bikemap, GPS-Wanderatlas, Google Maps, the Zwönitztal-Radtour and the Teichhaus website. Only when you click a link do you visit the respective provider’s page; its privacy policy then applies.
